GNAR GIANT is the pseudonym for Connecticut-based artist-person, Joe Kazer, a semi-graduate of the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. His work lives comfortably at the intersection of alien and unusual.

Drawing inspiration from underground comics, vintage pop culture and children’s television programs, Kazer’s work challenges the expectations of fine art and the criteria for what society dictates has value.
